Under the direction of Fire Chief Gerry Currie, the Austin Fire Department has taken delivery of this Snuffer 9165-750 CAFS NFPA rated Pumper. Installed on an International 4300 2wd Crew Cab chassis. This system is equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 2.50" CAFS panel discharge and two 2.50" Water panel discharge and a 750 gallon Poly water tank. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 750 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries, "Golight" search lights where supplied by Golight, Inc. This truck was built and sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.

 
Green Acres Colony, MB

Now in service on the Green Acres Colony of Manitoba, is this Ford F550 4wd, equipped with Snuffer's NEW 65-125D dual line system. This system is equipped with a 60 cfm rotary screw air compressor, a 125 gpm water pump, a 33.5 hp diesel engine and a 2001 FoamPro injector. Utilizing Snuffer's OneTouch valve system, this unit can produce 400gpm of foam per CAFS outlet. The truck is also fitted with a 300 gallon poly tank, a 150' electric hose reel of 1.50" Reeltex, a 1.50" remote controlled monitor mounted to the brush guard, and it is equipped with remote start cab controls. This unit was sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.

 
Highlands East, Ont.

Highlands East Fire/Rescue of Highlands East Ontario has taken delivery of this Snuffer 9165-750 CAFS NFPA rated Pumper. Installed on a Chevy C5500 2wd Crew Cab chassis. Pine Valley, Utah

Under the direction of Fire Chief Steve Robinson, the Pine Valley Fire Department of Pine Valley Utah has taken delivery of this Snuffer 9165-500 CAFS NFPA rated Pumper. Installed on an International 7400 4wd Crew Cab chassis. This system is equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 1.50" rear mounted CAFS reel (200' of Reeltex), one 2.50" CAFS rear discharge and 500 gallon Poly water tank. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries, "Golight" search lights where supplied by Golight, Inc. This truck is also outfitted with a David Clarkson Communication system. This truck was sold by Fireman's Supply.

 
Alburgh, VT

This truck is built on a 5500, 4x4, Chevy, featuring an Allison transmission as well as a Duramax diesel engine. The body is extruded aluminum and has a Snuffer 9165-500 CAF system. The CAFS is plumbed to a 1 1/2" crosslay, a 150' reel of 1 1/2" Reeltex hose and a 2 1/2" discharge. The truck has a 5 KW Westerbeke diesel generator with 2 electric rewind reels for 200' of 10/3 wire, two rescue reel for hydraulic hose, one reel for 100' of are hose and the 150' of 1 1/2" hose. Total of 6 reels. The unit is built for a two man operation during the day. It can effect a quick knock down with the CAFS as well as vehicle extrication. This truck was built and sold by V.R.S. Sales.

 
Ville de Sept-lles, QC.
Now in service at Ville de Sept-Iles is this Snuffer 9165-500 purchased. Installed on a Chevy C5500 4wd regular cab chassis, this system is equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 2.50" CAFS panel discharge, and 500 gallon water tank. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Carl Thibault Emergency Vehicles built and sold this truck.
 
Ontario Power Generation, Pickering, Ont.
Now in service at the Pickering Nuclear Power Plant is this Snuffer 9165-500 purchased by Ontario Power Generation. Installed on a Chevy C5500 4wd regular cab chassis, this system is equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 2.50" CAFS panel discharge, and one 2.50" CAFS remote controlled monitor mounted on top of the truck and 500 gallon Poly water tank. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries. This truck is also equipped with "Pump and Roll" capacity; and it is equipped with an emergency engine shut down system. Champion, Milo & Lomond, ALB.
Now in service in the towns of Champion, Milo and Lomond Alberta are three Snuffers 9165-500. All three systems are installed on Chevy C5500 4wd crew cab chassis, these systems are equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 2.50" CAFS panel discharge, and one 1.50" CAFS remote controlled monitor mounted on the front bumper of the truck and a 500 gallon Poly water tank. With the expectation of Milo's unit that has a 200' reel of 1.50" Reeltex mounted on top of the body. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries. This truck is also equipped with "Pump and Roll" capacity; and it is equipped with an emergency engine shut down system. These units where built the same to facilitate mutual aid operations. These's trucks were built and sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.

Now in service by the Port Colborne Fire Department is this Snuffer 9165-500. Installed on a Chevy C5500 4wd crew cab chassis, this system is outfitted with one 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 1.50" CAFS remote controlled monitor mounted to the front bumper, one 2.50" CAFS line plumbed to the rear hose bed, and two 2.50" water discharges. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries. This truck is also equipped with "Pump and Roll" capacity; an emergency engine shut down system and a 12,000 lb winch mounted in the front bumper. Now in service by the Westlake Fire Department of Eddystone, MB is this Snuffer 9165-500. Riacomm, Inc. has taken delivery of this Snuffer 45-90N as a demonstration system in the island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. This system boosts a 90 gpm water pump with a 40 cfm air compressor both driven by a 25 hp Gas engine. This system is perfect for anyone looking for a small, compact, and economic system.

Now in service in Canada's capital the Ottawa Fire Department is this Snuffer 9165-500. Yarmouth Maine has a new Diamond series body from V.R.S with a Snuffer CAFS skid. The unit is mounted on a 550 Ford with a 300 gallon poly tank and a single line CAFS from Snuffer.
 
Berlin, NY
New CAFS Pumper for Berlin New York. This new truck features a CAFS system from Snuffer that provides CAFS to three hand lines as well as the deck gun. The body is stainless steel with a 1000 gallon poly tank and 30 gallon foam cell. The pump is a 1,250 LDM Darley. The Crown enclosure has four SCBA seats with air conditioning and heat for the winter. The Chassis is a 7600 International with a 400 CAT engine. This truck was sold by V.R.S. Sales
 
Greenfield, NY
The "Fire Chief" series of the Bodyguard Bodies, Chassis is a Ford 550, 4x4 with an automatic transmission. The CAF system is a Snuffer 9150-500. The tank is from UPF with 300 gallons of water and a 20 gallon foam cell. The truck has a reel for 200 feet of 1 1/2" hose, heated pump compartment, front and rear receivers for a portable winch. The truck also features LED warning lights as well as Fire Research quartz lights. This truck was built and sold by V.R.S. Sales.
 
Port Hope Fire & Emergency Services, Ont.
Port Hope Fire & Emergency Services has now taken delivery of their second Snuffer Pumper. Installed on a Chevy C5500 4wd crew cab chassis is a PTO driven Snuffer 9165-500 CAFS UL Rated Mini-Pumper. Equipped with two 1.50" CAFS cross lays, one 2.50" CAFS panel discharge, a top mounted 2.50" remote controlled monitor and a 500 gallon Poly water tank. All CAFS outlets utilize the patented Snuffer OneTouch control system. The 500 gpm SSC water pump and 140 cfm air compressor are driven off the transmission PTO. Whelen Industries supplied emergency lighting. This truck is also equipped with "Pump and Roll" capacity; and it is equipped with an emergency engine shut down system. Greenport Fire District (Becraft), NY.
A new quick attack truck from V.R.S.Sales on a Ford 550 has been delivered to the Greenport Fire District in Hudson New York. This unit features a Snuffer 9150-500 CAFS with a 500 gpm pump, 140 cfm compressor and a 1600 Foam Pro system. The truck has an extended front bumper for a remote controlled monitor gun and an electric reel mounted on top of the truck with 150 of 1 1/2" Reeltex hose.
 
Port Hope Fire & Emergency Services, Ont.
Under the direction of Fire Chief Frank Haylow, the Port Hope Fire & Emergency Services has taken delivery of this Snuffer CAFS ULC Listed Mini Pumper. Installed on this Chevy C5500 4 door 4wd chassis is a Snuffer 9160-250 HD side control pump. This system is equipped with two(2) 1.5" cross lays, one (1) 2.5" panel outlet and one (1) front bumper mounted remote control 1.5" CAFS monitor. All outlets are CAFS capable utilizing the patented Snuffer OneTouch CAFS control system. The 250 gpm water pump and the 140 cfm Air compressor are hydraulically driven off the truck PTO. All emergency lighting is LED supplied by Whelen Industries. This unit also features “Cab controls" which allows for "Pump and Roll" capacity. Southside, B.C.
Now in service by Southside Volunteer Fire Rescue is a Snuffer 8950 purchased by Cheslatta First Nations, B.C. Installed on a Chevy C5500 4wd crew cab chassis, this ULC Listed Mini-Pumper is equipped with two 1.50" CAFS panel discharges capable of 360 gpm of foam each and one 2.50" water discharge, capable of 250 gpm @ 150 psi or 125 gpm @ 250 psi. Equipped with a 150' electric reel of 1.50" Reeltex located in the side compartment on the curb, which is connected to one CAFS line. The 250 gpm water pump and 78 cfm air compressor are driven by a 42 hp turbo diesel engine. Emergency lighting was supplied by Whelen Industries. This truck was built and sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.

Portage La Prairie (Southport), MB.
Now in service at the Southport Aerospace Centre, MB. are two new "Air Rescue Fire Fighting" or "ARFF" trucks purchased by Allied Wings. Installed on Ford F550 4wd chassis are Snuffer AFFF systems. Equipped with a 250 gpm water pump, a 3012 FoamPro Injector, both of which are driven by a 56 hp turbo diesel engine. The AFFF system is connected to a 1.50" remote controlled monitor mounted to the front brush guard, the foam systems is also connected to a dual agent hose reel located in the side compartment. The reel is also connected to a Dry chemical system mounted in to rear compartment. These trucks where built and sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.
 
Chapel Hills, N.C.
Now in service by the Chapel Hills Fire Department located in North Carolina is a Ford F-550 4WD CAFS Wildland Interface Apparatus. Installed is a Snuffer 45-125D single line CAF system and 300-gallon water tank. The CAFS is plumbed to a 150' reel of 1 1/2" Reeltex Hose. The emergency lighting for this truck was supplied by Whelen LED Lighting. Mounted on the front of this unit is chrome brush guard with a 15,000 lb. Warn electric winch.
 
Port Authority Police - New York and New Jersey
The Port Authority Police have taken delivery of this Snuffer 2540 CAF system. The system is fitted on to a GMC Sierra 2500 pickup truck with a 200-gallon aluminium water tank. This truck was designed with height and weight restrictions in mind for response to parking garage fires.
 
San Juan Island, Wash.

In service by the North San Jaun Fire Department, located on San Jaun Island in Washington State is a Ford F-550 4WD CAFS Rapid Response Apparatus. Installed is a Snuffer 8700 dual line CAF system and 300 gallon water tank. The Snuffer is hard plumbed to two 200' reels of 1 1/2" Reeltex hose, mounted to the top of the body. Mounted on the front of this unit is a custom extended front bumper, which houses a 10,000 lb. MileMarker hydraulic winch in the center section, also mounted to the bumper is a 1.5" CAFS monitor with Joystick controls mounted in the cab. This unit also features "Cab controls" which allows for "Pump and Roll" capacity.

 
Halton Hills, Ont.
The Halton Hills (Ont.) Fire Department under Fire Chief R. B. Meads now has in service three (3) CAFS Rapid Attack Units. A Snuffer l 45-130D CAFS Unit is mounted on a four-wheel-drive, Ford F-550 - 2 door chassis powered by a 7.3 L power stroke diesel and four speed auto transmission. The truck is equipped with 300 gal water tank, Whelan lighting package, Amdoor roll up doors, adjustable shelving, pull out trays, SCBA brackets, SCBA roll out spare bottle storage, Extenda lights and stainless steel wheel covers. This truck was built and sold by Summit Fire Protection Services, Inc.
 
Lockheed Martin, Denver, CO.
Now protecting 85,000 acres at their Denver, CO. facility Lockheed Martin has taken delivery of two Ford F-550 4WD CAFS Wildland Interface Apparatus. Equipped with Snuffer 8700 dual line CAF systems and 300 gallon water tanks. Connected to the combining valve in the Snuffer a 1.50" remote controlled monitor mounted on a extended front bumper it can discharge over 700 gpm of foam, also mounted in the bumper is a 12,000 lb electric winch.
 
Kuujjuaq, Nunavut
In service by the Kuujjuaq Fire Department is an existing 625 GPM Pumper that has been retrofitted with a Snuffer 9140 HD CAFS unit. This 140 SCFM PTO/hydraulic drive CAFS system operates with the newly patented Snuffer OneTouch valve control system. The OneTouch system allow the pump operator to pre select one of four settings (DRY, WET, EXTRA-WET or OPEN) on any valve that has been retrofitted with the OneTouch. This unit has two 1.50" cross lays and a 2.5" outlet all have been retrofitted to provide CAFS foam. Also part of the retrofit for this Pumper was the installation of a 1600 FoamPro and 40 gallon Foam cell.
