Tuff Built Products Inc. is proud to introduce the NXG family of Compressed Air Foam Systems. The NXG is a rugged, lightweight C.A.F.S. designed to be the easiest to operate system in the world. Simply turn one switch and the system does the rest. It's as simple as that.

Our experts have been building C.A.F.S. for over 15 years. When we visit the people who use C.A.F.S. (of any manufacturer), we always hear the same thing. They love what C.A.F.S. does, but wish the pump panel was easier to operate. We listened, and the NXG family is the result. Your NXG normally comes with two 1 1/2" panel outlets. Each NXG outlet is preset to make a certain type of foam. Dry is suitable for protection, Wet for general firefighting and Superwet is similar to aspirated foam. Thus one outlet can be configured to dry foam and one to wet foam, for example.

There are some occasions when you may want the ability to deploy more than one type of foam from an outlet. We offer the OneTouch, our patented digital foam control. With OneTouch, a simple flip of a switch gives you the foam you want. Either or both of the NXG panel outlets can be equipped.

NXG offers the ability to deploy fire retardant gel. This is a relatively new technology that provides a thermal barrier between fire and potential fuel. The exciting thing is that this thermal barrier can last for several hours, not just minutes, providing a fire fighting crew with many more options.
