When straight water is deployed onto fire much of it is wasted. When water is flowed onto a fire up to 90% flows away without doing anything. Compressed air foam does almost exactly the opposite. Up to 90% of the water used stays where applied. So you need a lot less water to do the job. But there is more. Rather than fogging the surrounding air to reduce general temperature, compressed air foam allows the water to be specifically applied where it is needed, maximizing its cooling effect as its water evaporates and enhancing rapid temperature reduction (presence of water/bubbles) in the vicinity of the fire.

The Hummer Firefighting Kit can be added to either an H1 or an H2 SUT (sport utility truck). It consists of a 90 gpm Compressed Air Foam System with a 1 1/2" outlet, 160 US gallon polytank, hose tray, cap and rear storage area. The vehicle capability for additional equipment will vary according to which Hummer you pick. Consider using a used Hummer for a more economical approach.
